Early Brace & Functional Therapy
Some kids might require braces if they have severe crooked, overlapping, overcrowded teeth or a “bad bite” (known as malocclusion). We provide kids braces service with a number of braces options to suit your kids’ needs. It is never too early to bring your child in for a dental check-up. During this visit, we screen for oral habits like thumb-sucking and dental problems like decay and gum disease.

You should start brushing your child's teeth as soon as the first tooth erupts with a soft small-headed brush and only use a smear of fluoride toothpaste. Here at Tanglin Dental Surgeons, our well-experienced dentists and nurses will guide you on the correct ways of maintaining the oral hygiene of your child.
Adult

Once your dental health has been deemed to be in good condition, it is important to come back once or twice a year for regular check-ups and maintenance of your dental health.
Scaling and Polishing
Our dentists will remove the plaque and tartar deposits that have accumulated on the teeth over time. Regular scaling and polishing will help you in keeping your teeth healthy, clean and in working condition.
During this visit, we also check for any decay and other problems. We believe in a preventive approach to dentistry – meaning we try to identify potential problems before they occur.

Here at Tanglin Dental Surgeons, Digital X-Rays are utilized to capture data and instantly produce a digital radiographic image on a computer.
